Section 01 — What's included

Thirteen forms. The ones you actually fill out.

Section 02 — Why these

Built on site, not in a boardroom.

Most form packs are a lawyer's Word document with a logo dropped in. These were drawn up on a parkade job, by someone who had to fill them out at 6:40 in the morning with cold hands.

One letter-size page per form. No two-page FLHA that loses its second half.
Light on ink — no solid black fills that drain a job trailer toner cartridge.
Field boxes sized for actual handwriting, not for a 10-point font.
Consistent header, footer, form number and revision line across all 13.
CSA standards and WorkSafeBC terminology already written into the checklists.
Structured for a COR / SECOR audit — every form has a sign-off and a retention note.
Press-ready files included, so a print shop can turn them into NCR pads without redrawing anything.
Substructure and excavation sections built in — most packs skip them entirely.
Fill on a tablet in the trailer or print a stack for the gang box. Both work.
Editable source files, so your company name and logo go where mine is.

Section 05 — Questions

Before you buy

Are these compliant with my regulator?

They're written around CSA standards and WorkSafeBC terminology, which covers most of Canada closely and the US reasonably well. They are documentation tools, not legal advice — check them against the regulations in your jurisdiction and your own company's safety program before you roll them out.

Can I get these made into carbonless pads?

Yes, and this is what most buyers do. Press-ready files are included — send them to any local print shop and ask for 2-part or 3-part NCR pads in 50-set books. Expect roughly $90 to $145 per pad depending on quantity and how many parts you want. The crew keeps a copy, the office keeps a copy, and you have a paper trail an auditor can follow.

Why pay when SafetyCulture gives templates away free?

Free templates are fine one at a time. The problem shows up when your FLHA, your inspection checklist and your toolbox talk all came from different places, look nothing alike, and half of them run onto a second page. This is one consistent set with your name on it — and files a printer can actually use.

Can I put my own company name on them?

Yes. Editable source files are included and swapping the logo, company name and colours takes a few minutes. With the branded set I'll do the whole thing for you and send back print-ready files in two business days.

Can the crew fill them out on a phone or tablet?

Yes. The PDFs are set up to be marked up in any standard annotation app, and they hold their layout on a tablet screen. They also print cleanly on a job trailer laser printer.

What if I only need one or two forms?

The FLHA is free — grab it and try it. Beyond that the pack is sold as a set, because the value is having one consistent binder rather than a folder of mismatched sheets.

Do I get updates?

Single site licence gets free revisions for twelve months. Company licence gets them for as long as the pack exists.

Stop rebuilding the same FLHA in Word.
